Hello Everyone!

I hope everyone is staying healthy and taking the appropriate steps to flatten the curve of the Coronavirus Pandemic. As you can imagine, since being open the last 2 weeks sparingly, Ron has been one busy bee servicing and repairing machines! While everything has run relatively smoothly the last couple of weeks,  I feel now is the time to open with more consistent hours and to begin to bring all of my staff back. So, starting next week, we will be open five days a week (instead of 6) to give our customers more hours to visit the stores and to ensure that all of our staff is able to get 2 days off each week. 

Our new hours starting the week of May 18, 2020 will be:
Monday Closed
Tuesday-Friday 10 AM-5 PM 
Saturday 10 AM-2 PM
Sunday Closed 

Tim will be working in the Davenport store daily to allow Ron time to work on machine repairs and Jan will be working in the Iowa City store.

We are asking everyone that comes to our store to please wear a mask if you have one (our staff will be following the same guidelines) and to be patient with us as we are still taking precautions to ensure all of our safety (wiping down counters, machines, etc.)  Also, repair turnaround is going to be a little longer than normal as we continue to see an abundance of machines coming in for repair and service. If you call us during our new hours and we do not answer the phone,  it is because we are currently with a customer or speaking with someone on another line. Please leave a message on the answering machine or voicemail and we will call you back as soon as we can. 

Our website is also open so you can continue to place your orders there and choose to pick up or have your order shipped directly to you.
